Seriously?

wow! how long has it been since i have posted? i have got to get on the ball! 

let's see if i can get pretty much up to date with what has been going on around here....

this boy turned 5.....

this girl turned 31.....

soccer season was in full swing....

 oh yeah! jersey shore came out for halloween, yeah!

 so did iron man.....

 and a nerd ;)

we surprised this girl with her first concert! she totally has bieber fever!

 and this big boy lost his first tooth!

i am definitely going to try to update more, but for now i have to finish sewing a few more christmas presents!

Back To School!

yesterday was the day, i officially have a kindergartener and a middle schooler, so sad :(

christmas in july!

last month linda from craftaholics anonymous hosted a gift exchange that i participated in. i was so excited because this was my first exchange but it will definitely not be my last!

so last week i received my package from brooke and i couldn't be happier with what i got. she sent me two adorable headbands and i love, love, love them! thanks so much brooke!

getting back on track

where have i been, you may ask?

here ;)

my family along with my cousin's family and my aunt spent an amazing week in cancun mexico.

this was our first time going out of the country with the kids so we were a little nervous about the flight but they did great!

the resort we stayed at was great for families. there were 4 pools on site

 

they also had a water park for kids 12 and under...

and for the bigger kids they had larger water slides ;)

and of course we were right on the beach so we hung out there too!

we were so blessed we were able to spend this time with our family

the boys spent one day on the sea! they did good huh?

now we have got the itch and are planning on a big family trip every year. where should we go next?

Wordless Wednesday....

Snow Days...

Living only about 25 minutes from the mountains is great! We live far enough that we do not have to deal with it on a day to day basis, but we can visit whenever we like! 

A couple of weekends ago we took the kids to Wrightwood to go sledding. We had so much fun! The kids couldn't get enough of the snow & would have been out there all day if they could.

The day was beautiful!
